Kid Friendly Wraps

Items likely found at home but may require some purchases

Summary:

One key to making great kid-friendly wraps is to use familiar foods and flavors you know your children love and branch out from there. All of the wraps I’m sharing today are adaptable to individual taste buds. Also keep in mind that kids like simple. What may sound boring to an adult sounds like perfection to a child. Many kids are also turned off by messy food, so make sure the fillings are minimal enough that the tortilla can be wrapped tightly and the insides won’t fall out.

A new school year. And a new plan to keep your kids lunch boxes healthy, fun, and taste good. If you're anything like me, you've seen all these lunch box ideas scattered across Pinterest that look beautiful. But you are keenly aware of 2 things: 1, your kid will never eat it; and 2, when you attempt to make the lunch, it will look like a mess… nothing like the Pinterest picture.

Summary:

So, we got some kid shopping carts, picked up some goodies and I assembled these five delicious lunchboxes for my kids. Side note: prepping my kid lunches ahead on Sunday made this morning go oh so smoothly. So, maybe I’ll get into the habit of going this more.

Everything from the bread to the peanut butter to the berries and carrots are from Trader Joe’s. Check out the video above to get the full rundown. These are the kid bento lunchbox containers that I use.

Also, if you’re looking for some good ones, here are the sandwich cutters I use! So, without further ado, let’s get into the different kid lunches!
